SHIPPING

We know you're excited about receiving your package, so we'll do our best to fill your order the day it was entered and get it on its way. Most items ship within 24-48 hours, excluding Sundays, Mondays, and Holidays. [Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Saturday will be filled and shipped the following Tuesday]. We use the USPS and UPS.

RETURNS/DAMAGED GOODS

Our products may be returned for store credit within 15 days of the original purchase if you have received damaged goods. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number.

Items sold from the Clearance Department are "final sale." We will not refund these items since they are offered at a deep discount.  Regular-priced fabric yardage is NOT returnable unless damaged.

Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just call the shop at 603-870-8100. An identical replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Obviously, with fabric, sometimes the item will no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.

Due to copyright laws, books and patterns are NOT returnable.
